Only the Game Owner needs a subscription. Tier prices are per campaign, not per user. By having our subscriptions apply per campaign, it allows us to offer a wider variety of features with much less limitation. You can have multiple campaigns running, all on different tiers! There is also no limit to the number of free campaigns you can own.
