I never received my account activation email!

Account activation emails should be received almost instantly, or within 2 minutes. If you have not gotten it after that time, please feel free to contact us at support@chronica.ventures. We recommend also doing the following first:

1. Check your spam folder in case the email made its way there by accident.
2. It may be possible that you had a typo when entering your email address, try creating the account again with your email. If it is successful, then you should receive your activation and the previously used email was incorrect.
