1.2 Logging In
On the Log In page, enter your Email and Password, then click Log In. You land on your User Dashboard, which lists your campaigns and is where you start from each time.
Tick Remember me on this computer to stay signed in between visits. Leave it unticked on a shared or public computer.
If you have forgotten your password
- Click (Forgot Password), next to the Password label.
- Enter your email address and submit it.
- Chronica shows a message saying that if the address is on file, reset instructions are on the way. The message is the same whether or not the address has an account — that is deliberate, so nobody can use the page to find out who has an account.
- Open the email and follow the link, then choose a new password.
A password reset link expires two hours after it is sent. If yours has expired, ask for a new one from the same (Forgot Password) link. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder first, then check the address for typos, then contact support@chronica.ventures.
If your email and password do not match an account, the page says so without saying which of the two was wrong.
