11.0 Quest Log 11.2 View Quest Details

The Quest Log opens in folder view: a sidebar of your folders (and folder groups) on the left, and the selected folder's quests on the right. Each top-level quest line shows as a collapsible row with a small progress bar tracking how many of its sub-quests are complete — click the row to expand the chain. The Status toggles in the top bar show or hide quests by status. A Search button in the header opens a panel to search by name, description, or notes; you can also click a type, place, or character chip on any quest to filter. Search and filters now combine — the active criteria are listed above the results, which page in groups of 20. An orange "Reset Search & Filter" button in the top panel clears everything.

Opening a quest shows its type, linked places and characters, description, and notes, plus a breadcrumb of any parent quests. The "Back to Quest Log" button returns you to the folder you were just browsing.

Folders

Sort related quests into folders, and gather folders into collapsible folder groups in the sidebar, to keep long campaigns tidy. Only top-level quests are filed directly — a quest's sub-quests travel with it. Game Masters organize everything from the "Manage Folders" button: create folders and groups, and drag folders between groups or reorder them (changes save instantly). A folder or group marked secret is hidden from players, along with the quests inside it.

Quest Loot

Each quest can hold its own loot inventory. A Game Master creates it with "Create Loot Inventory", which adds a "Quest Loot" tab to the quest. It starts hidden; the GM uses "Toggle Secret" to reveal it so players can view and withdraw items (except from secret containers), and "Delete Quest Loot" to remove it. It's good practice to delete loot inventories once a quest is done, to keep your transfer dropdowns tidy.
