6.2 Removing Players
To remove a player, open their settings from the Player Admins Quickview (the "Edit" button) and use the red "Remove Player" button at the bottom, then confirm. A player can also remove themselves with the "Leave Campaign" button on their own player settings. The Game Owner can't be removed.
Removing a player deletes some of their data — review first. When a player is removed:
- Their characters move to the NPC Codex (they're un-assigned, not deleted).
- Their personal inventory and any character-ownership inventories are deleted, along with the items and containers inside them.
- Their personal links, folders, event RSVPs, and authored events are deleted.
- Their adventure notes stay in the campaign but lose their author — and any unpublished drafts are force-published. It's worth reviewing their drafts before removing them, since private drafts can become visible.
